Mia is still with us
She had a court date last month
And her goals have changed from reunification to adoption
We still have a long road to go before anything is finalized though
She will have been with us for a year tomorrow
We started his growth hormone replacement
And he is finally growing
They said it would be at least six months before we saw any results
But its been 3 and he has grown 2 inches
After not growing at all for 2 years that a pretty big deal
On March 1st we got a call from our agency about a two day old baby boy
Later that evening the DHS worker dropped off the tiniest baby I have ever seen
He was 4 lbs 14oz and perfectly healthy
He had a few hiccups along the way as far as his heath
But considering all that he has been though he is doing amazing!
William and Mia love him as much as they love each other
Which is pretty remarkable
For the blog lets call him Eli
More on all of this later but thats my quick attempt to get everyone up to speed

William looks so BIG (as in he has matured so much...can't tell he has grown 2 inches from way over here in Iceland but he looks bigger lol).

Oh, I am so glad you are back! I have missed your blogging. Yay, yay, yay, for all 3 of your beautiful babies! Oh, I just want to hold that little Eli!

Wow that's a lot to catch up on! I am so happy for your growing family. Eli is so tiny! My smallest baby was nearly twice his size! :) I'm so glad you are back. :)

Two inches???? Wow! That IS a lot in such a short time! He looks so grown up in that picture.
That pic of Mia is absolutely adorable...and I'm tickled that you are getting to adopt her. She is such a sweetie...and she and William are so close! Congratulations, Maura!
And now Eli...I've never held a baby that tiny. That must be absolutely amazing. He's beautiful.

I'm so glad you're back. I missed hearing about your family so much! I heard "your song" (City on Our Knees) just last week...and sent up a prayer! ;) He makes sure you're not forgotten over in this part of the country! :)
